Artist Bio

Steven Grime is a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the extraordinary beauty hidden within the ordinary. Drawing inspiration from clouds, ocean waves, wildlife, and the imagery of dreams, he creates paintings, printmaking, sculpture, and digital works that invite viewers to slow down, look closer, and reconnect with the richness of the present moment. Each piece is approached as both an artistic expression and an exploration of new materials, techniques, and ideas.

Artist Statement

My work is an embellishment of the overlooked, the complex beauty of clouds, waves, animal life, or the subconscious imagery from dreams. Our reality is incredible; my goal is to create experiences that remind us of that.

Through experimentation across multiple media, each artwork represents progression—an exploration of the limits of my abilities in an effort to expand them. Ultimately, I hope the work creates moments of reconnection, inviting observers back to the present moment through the sight of something new.
